Happy Veteran’s Day! Acadiana Humane Society would like to honor those that serve, or have served our country in any branch of the military. If you, or a member in your household is a veteran, and you submit an application to adopt a pet today you will get 50% off of our regular adoption fees. Check out our adoptions page for more information on our adoption process, fees, animals available, and the download link for our prescreening application. You do not have to adopt today to get the special discount. You just need to submit your application on Veteran’s Day and note on the app that you or a member of your household is a veteran.
