Acadiana Humane Society is full! We have no more room until our numbers are greatly reduced. Since we are no-kill this means we need adopters and sponsors to be able to continue doing what we do to save other animals. Our waiting list is also full at this time. We have several animals from various animal control agencies and owner surrenders that are already on our waiting list. As soon as a spot opens up, we will take in unwanted & in danger pets from our waiting list. We will of course also take in any returned pet that was adopted from us, as we try to reserve a spot for returns. If you can help, please consider adopting, or fostering an animal already in our care, or donating to help us pay our vet bills and provide food and necessary supplies for our current rescued animals.
