Three Acadiana Humane Society volunteers spent the day today pulling nine dogs from a breeder that is trying to get rid of what she has. One female miniature Australian Shepherd, one female Boston Terrier, one female Maltichon, two male Chihuahua’s, two male Yorkies, one female Yorkie and one male Pekinese. The Boston & the Chi Chi’s have major skin issues and will be going to a vet tomorrow for a skin scraping to make sure they are not contagious. They have all had baths and are currently in foster homes under quarantine and will see one of our vets as soon as possible. We’ll post pictures a little later on our Facebook page. We are looking for donations to help with their vet bills. If you would like to sponsor one or more of these dogs and help provide for their vet care, there are several ways you can do this.
